(CTS) has been in operation since 2009 providing software development and IT services to Community Health Solutions of America (CHS). In 2012, CTS became its own company, providing world-class application development, hosting, network infrastructure and support, analytics, project management, and consulting services. CTS has distinguished itself with the development and deployment of Consensus, our proprietary care management and coordination solution that has supported more than 600,000 lives throughout the US.
In 2014, CTS introduced Consensus to external parties, as it became evident that there was a need for this extremely powerful, flexible, and scalable technology by organizations requiring a single, integrated, and holistic care management solution. CTS uses the expertise of its highly qualified staff to tailor Consensus to each client’s specific process and workflow, reporting, and compliance needs, quickly creating a customized solution in weeks rather than months.

Mr. Schmidt is a leading senior executive experienced in business leadership, operational, financial, and creative management with more than 35 years of executive and managerial experience in various industries. Areas of expertise include presidential and entrepreneurial leadership, executive management and supervisory responsibility, strategic, operational, and financial planning, market analysis, and product development.
Mr. Schmidt has served as a CEO, CFO, COO, and President of several life and health insurance companies. Prior to this, Mr. Schmidt spent 10 years as a consultant and CPA employed by KPGMP Peat Marwick and Deloitte & Touche specializing in insurance, auditing and consulting.
He earned his Bachelor of Arts in Economics and Physics and his Bachelor of Science in Accounting from St. Cloud State University and did graduate work in business at the University of St. Thomas.
